Your privacy is very important to us. Paradox Web Hosting demonstrates its commitment to our customers' privacy by providing this statement. We will do everything in our power to ensure your right to privacy. We are committed to developing long-lasting relationships that are built on trust. We will never violate that trust.

SSL Encryption: All information that we collect from you is protected using 128 bit encryption. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry standard, for encrypting all personal information, including name, address and credit card information.

How We Use Your Information: We use your personal information only to complete your order and to maintain your account. We will never share this information with outside parties without your written prior consent.

We only use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared or sold to outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without your prior written consent.

Modifying Your Information: At present the only way to modify your hosting contact information is to send our customer service staff an email at info@paradoxwebhosting.com with your domain name, phone number and specific request. Out customer service staff will call you back to discuss your request. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Security Policy

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All personal information sent to Paradox Web Hosting when signing up via the internet is encrypted using 128 bit SSL. All information given to us will be held in strict confidentiality.

Refund Policy

Each of our web hosting plans carries a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees, domain processing fees and overages. Refunds will be processed in the same form that the original purchase was made in (Ex. If order was made using credit card, your refund will be processed to your credit card).

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, extras, etc. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Delivery Policy

Paradox Web Hosting offers products and services that are normally
delivered over the internet. If a product requires to be physically
shipped, it will be shipped via common carrier or registered mail.
Shipping of the products will be performed as soon as full payment is
received. All items are charged in Canadian Dollars ( C$ ).
