Our redundant high-speed fiber connections to the Internet
guarantee that your customers will get to your website quickly
without having to wait. Make your website a reliable resource
for both your employees and customers. Our upstream providers
redundantly connect to the five largest worldwide Internet
backbones, which provides the fastest access to your site
around the world.
Our datacenter employs the BGP routing protocol. If one of
our upstream providers goes down, traffic will automatically
be re-routed and distributed over our other upstream providers.
We use RaQ4i servers manufactured by Sun Microsystems under
the Cobalt Networks brand. These servers are high performance
and were made for virtual web hosting. The RaQ4i servers are
based on Red Hat Linux and run the robust Apache web server.
The Vancouver datacenter is supplied by the following connections:
- 100Mbps fiber to Telus Advanced Communications
- 100Mbps fiber to Shaw Fiberlink/Bigpipe

TELUS Corporation is one of Canada's leading
telecommunications companies. It lit a national and cross-border
fiber IP backbone in 2001 to connect Canadians to the World.

Shaw Fiberlink/Big Pipe specializes in providing
mission critical data communications services to businesses
in Western Canada. Big Pipes network consists of a redundant
two-fiber route backbone transecting Canada and the United
States and connected to numerous intra-city fiber-networks.
The above providers peer with many Tier-1 internet backbones:
| Williams Communications |
Global Crossing |
Level 3 |
| BCNet (BC Universities) |
XO Communications |
Peer1 Networks |
| PSI Net |
Cogent |
Sprint Canada |
| Radiant Communications |
AT&T Canada |
Qwest Communications |
The datacenter is backed up by independant UPS systems, and
diesel generators to ensure no downtime in the event of a
local power grid failure.

"We are so
happy with the service you have given us that we had to drop
you a line. Setting up the web-hosting portion of our business
was one we had delayed and ignored. As you know, it was something
we needed to do but were reluctant to attack it ourselves.
It was with relief that we put it into your capable hands
and were off and running in a very short time.
Then came the web site design. I really
appreciate the input by your staff who took my initial drawings,
ideas and text and formatted it to suit a web page. Your skill,
determination and friendly attitude made this whole project
enjoyable and successful."
Sincerely,
Dave & Debbie Morley
