- How
do I place an Order?
You
can place an order by going through our online
sign-up process. At the end of the process you will
receive a confirmation. Or you can print off a copy of the
fax-in/mail-in
sign-up form and send it to us via fax or regular mail.
- How
long will it take to setup my account?
All accounts are activated within 24 business hours. Your
account will become active the moment it is setup by our
systems' administrator.

What Hardware does Paradox Web Hosting use?
Paradox uses Cobalt RaQ4i servers for Web Hosting, Email
Services, and DNS serving. These servers are specifically
designed for web hosting.

What Backbone providers does Paradox Web Hosting use??
Our Vancouver data center is on the Telus and Shaw Bigpipe
backbones with over 50 local peering points to many large
international backbones.

Do you support Frontpage Extensions?
Yes! Paradox Web Hosting supports Microsoft FrontPage Extensions.
If you want to use Frontpage extensions with your account,
just activate them through your Member Control Panel. Or
contact technical support and they will assist you.

How long until my domain becomes active?
If your domain name is new, it should work all over the
net within an hour of us setting it up on our DNS servers.
If it is a transferred domain from another ISP, it may take
up to 24 hours, depending on what your previous ISP set
as the TTL (time to live) period.
- To
register or transfer my domain, I need your DNS servers?
For web hosting accounts we use the following domain name
servers:
NS.PARADOXWEBHOSTING.COM (IP Address: 192.197.97.33)
NS2.PARADOXWEBHOSTING.COM (IP Address: 192.197.97.34)
- How
up-to-date will my website statistics be?
Website
statistics are generated daily at 4:00am PST. You can access
them using the following url: http://www.yourdomain.com/~stats
(where yourdomain.com is your domain name).
